The LCS69MF is a medium power fast action IM6 graphite spinning rod. For walleye it is designed to vertical jig, cast jigs and crankbaits, troll bottom bouncers and three way rigs, and longline medium diving crankbaits. For bass it casts spinnerbaits, crankbaits, and topwater lures. Slow fish Carolina rigs with soft plastics and swimjigs. It also bottom fishes channel cats very well. As it is strong and sensitve there isn't much it won't do.
The LCC66MHF is a medium heavy power fast action IM6 graphite casting rod. It casts Carolina rigs, crankbaits, and swimjigs for bass. Casts plugs and Dardevles for northern pike. Bottom fishes for channel cats, and is a great walleye trolling pole for deep diving crankbaits, heavy three way rigs, snap weights ,and leadcore. It is a heavier duty workhorse.

Serious walleye anglers go to long leaders (many over ten feet long) to trigger ol' marble eye to bite when the walleye bite gets tough.
