These rods have a THREE-YEAR WARRANTY that covers breakage, material defects, and repairs. Product defects are usually evident early in their fishing use, so three years is exceptional coverage.
Breaking caused by negligence is NOT covered. Examples include, (and not limited to) stepped on rods, “high sticking”, grabbing rods mid rod to hoist fish or free lures from snags, incidental damage while traveling or while in rod locker/storage and other common mishaps.
If your rod is defective, breaks, or has material defects WITHIN 30 DAYS of the purchase, return the rod to the retailer and they will exchange the rod for you. If the rod is defective, breaks, or has material defects AFTER 30 DAYS of the purchase, ship the product, carefully boxed to:
